After a 15-year career as a research scientist seeking to cure cancer, life brought me to an unexpected turning point—a “dark night of the soul” that lasted several years. During that time:

• I became a mom

• I left science

• I went through divorce, and

finally found a new way of expressing what my heart has always longed for: contributing to people’s empowerment and wellbeing.

For over 20 years, I’ve devoted myself to the art and practice of transformation—within myself, and in service to others. Trained with some of the most respected spiritual guides, teachers of consciousness, yoga teachers, and master coaches in the world, I continue to walk this path with deep reverence and relentless curiosity.

Through ongoing study, immersive trainings, and embodied experience, I continually refine what I offer—bringing you the living integration of it all, offered from the ever-evolving edge of consciousness I’m committed to walking.

My current work draws from high impact coaching, yoga, mandalas, astrology, sound healing, sacred geometry, bio-energectics… and a number of other soulful tools for healing and empowerment; all towards supporting your sovereignty.
